• Defective Products: We will replace or refund products that are defective or damaged upon arrival
• Wrong Items: If we send the wrong product, we will correct the error at no cost
• Non-Returnable: Opened products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
