Once your order is placed and payment is processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and estimated delivery date.
Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. During peak periods, processing may take up to 2 business days.
Shipping Notification
When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
Delivery
Your package will be delivered to your specified address. Signature may be required for delivery as this is an age-restricted product.
Age Verification Required
All nicotine product deliveries require age verification. The recipient must be 18+ years of age and may be required to show valid government-issued ID upon delivery. If the recipient cannot provide proof of age, the package will not be delivered.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also view tracking information from your account dashboard.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
The courier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery. You may also be able to pick up your package from the courier's local depot with valid ID showing you are 18+ years of age.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently, we only offer standard shipping. Express options may be available in the future.
